Eir — Personal Health Sync

A single-user personal integration with the Oura API.

This is not a product. It is one person's private script that reads their own Oura Ring data into their own health records. There are no other users, no sign-up, no service, and nothing to install.

What it does

The owner of this application wears an Oura Ring and is tracking a metabolic condition with an endocrinologist. Clinical lab panels arrive a few times a year; the ring produces data nightly. This integration bridges that gap.

It reads the owner's own sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, readiness, activity, and self-authored tags, and records them alongside the owner's lab results so trends are visible between blood draws.

Who can use it

One person: the account owner. The application is not distributed, not published to any app store, not offered as a service, and cannot be connected to by anyone else. It runs locally on a personal computer.

Data handling

Not medical advice

Nothing produced by this integration is a medical device, a diagnosis, or medical advice. Clinical decisions belong to the owner's physicians.
