Eir — Personal Health Sync · Effective 26 July 2026
Summary. This is a private tool with one user: its owner. It is not a product, not a service, and not available to anyone else. These terms exist because the Oura developer registration requires a Terms of Service URL.
Eir — Personal Health Sync is a private, single-user script operated by Manuel Zamora (Downshift LLC, Lima, Peru) for the sole purpose of reading the operator's own Oura Ring data into the operator's own private health records.
It is not distributed, licensed, sold, published, or made available to any other person or entity. There is no sign-up, no account creation, and no mechanism by which a third party could connect to it.
Nothing here constitutes an offer of goods or services. No fee is charged to anyone, and no user is charged for access to any Oura data or functionality.
This application performs no diagnosis and gives no medical advice. It is not a medical device and has not been evaluated by any regulatory authority. Any organization or display of health information is for the operator's personal reference only. All clinical decisions rest with the operator's licensed physicians.
This application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ōura Health Oy or Ouraring, Inc. ŌURA, OURA, and Ō are trademarks of Ōura Health Oy.
Use of the Oura API is governed by the Oura API and MCP Agreement, which the operator has accepted and agrees to comply with. Where anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, that agreement controls. In particular the operator does not, and will not:
Data is retained only as authorized by Oura in writing, and otherwise no longer than strictly necessary.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: one user, local storage only, no third parties, no model training.
The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may fail, produce incorrect output, or stop working at any time. The operator accepts all risk arising from its use.
Because there are no users other than the operator, no third-party liability arises. To the extent any claim could be made, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The operator may stop using the application and revoke its Oura authorization at any time. Oura may suspend or terminate API access at its discretion under the Oura API and MCP Agreement. On termination, the operator will cease all processing and delete Oura data as that agreement requires.
Any change is published on this page with a revised effective date.
